GRBS conducted another master class for employees of Kapital Bank

GRBS^® International Tuition Center, which offers multiple professional training services in different spheres, successfully conducts its specialized training courses according to the needs of its customers on a regular basis. As another example of this we can show the “Master class on workplace interrelations, communication techniques, time and anger management, ethics and dress code for front office workers”. This non-standard master class was conducted during April for more than 100 employees of Kapital Bank who work at different positions. It’s worth noting that along with employees of Baku branch, employees of Imishli, Beylagan, Guba, Lankaran, Astara, Yardimli, Saatli, Gakh, Sheki and other branches of the bank aged from 20 to 60 also participated at the master class. Due to high professionalism of GRBS^® and high quality of training materials prepared by expert-consultants of GRBS^®, the master class gave participants an opportunity to share their personal and professional experience.  

The “Master class on workplace interrelations, communication techniques, time and anger management, ethics and dress code for front office workers” embraced different actual and interesting topics such as Mutual Relations, Preventing Anger, Communication Skills, Four Rules of Time Management, Developing Ethics Codex at the Workplace, and Philosophy and Objectives of the Dress Code.

A popular expression states:”There are as many tempers as people in the world”. For this reason, the knowledge and skills given at this master class are important for every worker independent of his/her work position. We can meet people with different tempers and characters both among our colleagues and among our valuable clients. Therefore, workers should always be psychologically prepared for any kind of situation in order to prevent possible conflicts and unpleasant incidents.
