Master-class on "Leadership" was conducted for young leaders

In order for youth to find their place in society, it's important that they are regularly directed and supported by experienced people. One of the most successful methods to do so is training. One of the main goals and, at the same time, social responsibilities of GRBS®, which provides professional education services in different spheresand is recognized as a reliable partner by many education institutions around the world, is to make its services as attainable as possible for youth of our country belonging to different categories, and always support them. Support provided by GRBS® within the framework of "Winter University for Young Leaders – Insured Future", project held in Gabala by IRELI Public Union, Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan, is a clear example for above statement. That is, master-class on "Leadership" was conducted for more than 80 young participants of the Winter University by Bahram Gurbanov, one of the leading management experts and, at the same time, managing partner of GRBS® Group of Companies, on February 14, 2012. |

| We can build our vision by forecasting what is waiting for us in the future and determining what values we want to retain or what new values we want to master in the future. If we don't manage to properly identify our own vision, we will be unable to assist our followers in building their visions. But leadership doesn't end with the creation of a vision. During the master-class young people, who are pretentious to become leaders, also received theoretical and practical information on different topics, including systems thinking, time management, ways to attract attention, ways to build credibility, preparing for presentation, skillful speaking, main issues related to changes, influence strategies, managers versus leaders, ways to solve conflicts, strategic planning, etc. Use of the different educating and entertaining games and interesting animations kept participants energized and involved, and allowed the master-class to be highly effective. |

At the end, every participant was awarded 21% discount coupon for General and Business English, as well as TOEFL IBT, IELTS, GMAT, GRE, SAT and LSAT preparation courses offered by Language Programs direction of GRBS®. Master-class was finished with the joint performance of the State Hymn of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Participants' questions related to the topic were answered by Bahram Gurbanov after the event.
