English Speaking Workshop

Welcome to the English Speaking Workshop (ESW) - organised to unite people who like English and are willing to speak it regularly. The English Speaking Workshop is a place where bright and interesting people come to socialize. This is a Workshop of intellectuals who want the freedom to challenge; others to debate different issues and concerns. We try to gather very different people so that they could help each other to diversify. Our participants come from various fields - everything from hard sciences to humanities and art. This means hearing wonderfully different points of view from broadly different perspectives during our discussions. We try not only to attract exceptional people but also to provide them with opportunities for socializing that they can find nowhere else.

GRBS^® invites you to participate in conversation trainings on ESW. Meetings are held on Saturdays at the GRBS^® Tuition Center. As a Communication Workshop we enjoy a range of ages and backgrounds from start-out to retiree, from self-employed to professionals to stay-at-homes; people of different type of occupations, gender, ages and professions. The only thing, which unites them, is their desire to speak English.

Target: Improving English Communication and developing conversational skills in English.

Estimated results:

• Proficiency in English communication.
• Confident behaviour in different communication situations  conferences, meetings, mixed- nations parties/clubs etc.
• Skills in using typical phrases, expressions and etiquette rules.

NB!

• The seats are limited. Registration is undertaken on first-come, first-served basis, early application and early registration are advised.
• Duration 1,5 hour.
• Discussions are held ONLY in English.
• For a more interactive communication, we use different kind of technical equipment in our meetings, PPT presentations, movies fragments etc.
• We also know that food encourages conversation, so we usually have bagels, sticks, and tea at each meeting.
