Certified National Professional Accountant Qualification is a professional qualification for accountants and auditors with international status and is based on international and national accounting standards which are approved by the Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan Republic and the relevant legislation.

Audit Chamber of Azerbaijan Republic and GRBS^® International Tuition Center present the tuition and certification program on National Professional Accountant Qualification in Azerbaijani and Russian languages.

The preparatory courses on National and International Financial Reporting Standards  were developed on January 01, 2008 for the purpose of rise of the competent knowledge and qualification level of those who are busy in accounting, management accounts and tax accounting on the basis of national and international financial reporting standards of our republic. The given courses were developed on the basis of the law of Azerbaijan Republic ‘About Accounting’ about going the companies of Azerbaijan Republic over to National and International Financial Reporting Standards. The law was enacted by the President of Azerbaijan Republic Ilham Aliyev on June 29, 2004.

Certified National Professional Accountant Qualification consists of the individual certification programs. According to procedures the candidates are to pass the certain exams successfully and present a report on their professional experience in order to gain the status of Certified National Professional Accountant. Training materials for courses conducted in Azerbaijani: Training materials used for courses in Financial Accounting (international, basics), Management Accounting and National Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards (for Commercial Organizations) have been worked out on basis of an exclusive official Azerbaijani translation of English-origin materials, which deal with ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) Qualification dispersed in more than 180 countries over the world, and published by “BPP Learning Media”, publishing house with 50-year experience, taking into account National Accounting Standards. Instruction materials for courses in Tax Accounting have been developed on basis of operative Tax Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Training materials for courses conducted in Russian: Training materials for any course in Russian have been worked out in accordance with programs approved by ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).

• On weekdays, once in a week from 9:00 to 13:00;
• On weekdays, twice per week from 19:00 till 21:00;
• On weekends from 9:30 till 13:30 or from 14:00 till 18:00.

In case you possess less experience or no experience and have doubts in your abilities to grasp the course material on International and National Financial Reporting Standards, it would be necessary for you to start with National Certificate in Financial Accounting course. In addition, we also recommend you to take National Certificate in Management Accounting and National Certificate in Taxation.

The courses on National Certificate in Financial Accounting and National Certificate in Management Accounting correspond to the syllabi of the ACCA Financial Accounting (F3) and Management Accounting (F2) respectively and are oriented for people willing to start learning accounting and finance. Thus, there are no any experience requirements for participation in these courses.

The courses on National Certificate in Taxation have been designed on basis of the Tax Legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and are oriented for people who have just started to learn taxation but lack enough experience in this field. There are no any experience requirements for participation in these courses, as well.

The courses on National Diploma in International Financial Reporting Standards for Commercial Organizations are of a higher level and correspond to the ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting qualification and meet all ACCA requirements and additionally, covers National Financial Reporting Standards approved by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan. This course is oriented for people with at least 3-year experience in the area of finance and accounting or relevant university degree and 2-year experience in the fields.
