GRBS^® being a regional leader and innovator in its field of activity – successfully provides its different services outside the boundaries of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Only in the last several months professional trainer staff of GRBS^® has provided training courses on various topics in Republic of Georgia. 

Firstly in October of last year, a training course on Sanitary-hygienic Norms was conducted for canteen, restaurant and caboose employees of SOCAR at Kulevi oil terminal, on Black Sea coast in Georgia. This training course was provided by Zarifa Huseynova - expert-consultant on HSE, head of Sanitary-hygienic Laboratory of GRBS^®. During the training, participants were informed about the physiological-hygienic fundamentals of nutrition, mineral substances, rational nutrition of intellectual and manual workers, food poisonings, labour protection and hygiene rules, and other important issues.

In February of this year GRBS^® has conducted a training course “The Professional Manager” for employees of Georgian branch of AVITA LLC – one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in our country. The training course covering important topics like a manager’s responsibilities, planning, leadership, problem employees, communication, team development, motivation, assertiveness, orientation, and dealing with conflicts, was provided by expert-consultant of GRBS^® Bahram Gurbanov. It’s worth noting that, although both organizations are managed by Azerbaijanis, majority of employees working at those organizations are namely Georgians. This fact shows how successfully is Azerbaijan represented in foreign countries, and can be considered as a contribution of Azerbaijani companies to social-economic situation of those countries.

Finally, on 9-10^th of April 2011, training course on Defensive Driving was conducted for more than 40 employees of SOCAR at Kulevi oil terminal, on Black Sea coast in Georgia. Course was conducted by one of HSE expert-consultants of GRBS^®, Oktay Bagirov. Training course covered mainly the rules of the road and defensive driving, accidents and risk assessment, prior programming of route and weather, driving skills and unsafe roads, car preparation and checkup, and other important issues. At the end of the training course, participants were given international certificates of GRBS^®, valid for 2 years.

Training its staff in different spheres increases productivity and sustainability in any enterprise.  In this respect, HSE trainings are especially important as they help provide the safety of workers. As an exclusive NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) accredited course provider in the region, GRBS^® provides preparation courses in this qualification, as well as nearly 20 training courses in HSE. By doing this, GRBS^® understands its noble mission very well and conducts these courses with high professionalism both in Azerbaijan and other countries of the region.

As development of non-oil sector is one of the priorities in our country, by offering its education services at international level, GRBS represents one of the non-oil sectors of our economy at international level. Also it’s worth noting that, during last years, citizens of foreign countries including Canada, Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, and Georgia have come to the capital of our country and benefited from the services provided by GRBS^®. While educational tourism is gaining popularity in the world, GRBS^® represents our country in this respect as well, and it can be considered as a big contribution of GRBS^® to rapidly developing national economy.

To preserve its leading position in the region and to continue representing Azerbaijani education by providing its services outside the boundaries of our country, GRBS^® continuously implements scientific and technical innovations and proven experiences in the tuition process to improve the quality of its services. As a logical outcome of above mentioned facts, GRBS^® successfully exports its education services.
